What? This speakeasy oozes old-world class, and with hundreds of whisky variations on offer, it’s not hard to see why it’s on Malthouse Lane. Hidden behind a bookcase, you’ll find the dedicated Whisky Room.

What? Behind an unmarked door, you’ll find underground Tokyo. This basement bar serves cocktails, specialty beers and sake, along with Japanese-style tapas.

BERLIN BAR

Where? 16 Corrs Lane

What? A cosy bar where one side of the room reflects the opulence of West Berlin, while the other features a grungy, war theme — including bathtubs and bunks — representing East Berlin.
