Bluebonnet serves up low and slow Texan-style barbecued meats. The bar offers a wide selection of beers, smashable cocktails and of course, plenty of good times. Menu staples are chef Chris Terlikar's signature 12-hour smoked brisket, ribs and house-made sausages. Seasonal side dishes include buttermilk skillet biscuits with sweet onion and thyme butter and heirloom zucchini salad with whipped ricotta, lemon balm, bacon and roasted pecan dressing.
