Hightini - High Tea Bottomless Brunch

From Saturday 31 August, Garden State Hotel is hosting a Hightini, a deliciously decadent hybrid between bottomless brunch and high tea. Sip on bottomless breakfast-inspired martinis while grazing on a curated menu of house-made sweet and savoury nibbles. The bespoke cocktail list is influenced by the brunch time staples of coffee, tea and toast - think free-flowing, unlimited espresso, Porn Star and breakfast martinis. Graze on a carefully curated selection of high tea classics like buckwheat blinis with smoked salmon and whipped dill cream cheese, muesli with fresh fruit and local goat’s milk yoghurt, and mini croissants with smoked free-range ham and melted Swiss gruyere. Bookings include two hour of bottomless drinks and unlimited food.
