Learn the tips and secrets of Indian home cooking and learn how to prepare a traditional Thali, a platter with a variety of Indian dishes.
Led by an experienced home-taught cook, you will hear personal stories linked to the tradition and culinary heritage of this meal, and learn about the role of each element on the platter and its importance in a balanced diet.
You will cook and prepare over five items including an entree, a main course and delicious side dishes, which will all be brought together to create traditional Thali rich with spices and flavour.
After the hands on cooking session you will enjoy the dishes prepared with your new friends. All ingredients and equipment are provided and you will take home not only fascinating new knowledge, but also a recipe pack so you can prepare and share these dishes with your loved ones.
