Led by an expert Otao chef you'll learn how to replicate Balinese cooking techniques and make delicious Indonesian dishes using locally sourced ingredients. This cooking class is a fun mix of cooking demonstrations and making time. Working in a social environment you'll learn about the essential ingredients to use in Indonesian cooking and how to use the right spices and bring out the best flavours. Everyone will sit down for a group meal at the end and enjoy with a glass or wine or a beer. Sample menu includes Balinese Chicken Satay and Peanut sauce, Beef Rendang: Slow cooked beef curry, Spiced fish in banana leaves, Stir-fry water spinach or GadoGado and Yellow rice, coconut, turmeric.
