Mukka is an Indian restaurant in Fitzroy with the philosophy of keeping things simple and creating fresh and traditional dishes that showcase the best of India.
Mukka's menu is short and focused highly on cooking from scratch. Mukka roast and grind traditional spices and refuse to cut corners, even if it means using a different vendor for every item to ensure sourcing the very best of each product.
The menu showcases an assortment of Indian street food, authentic crisp dosas from south of India (vegan and gluten-free) or a divine curry such as slow cooked goat (cooked for minimum of four hours) or Matar Paneer (an authentic pea and cheese curry).
The drinks list has a great mix of local wines, craft beers and inventive cocktails.
