Located on Flinders Lane, Supernormal is the vibrant inner-city restaurant by acclaimed Melbourne chef Andrew McConnell.
Supernormal is an inspired interpretation of Andrew's favourite Asian eating experiences. Influenced by the cuisine and restaurants of Tokyo, Shanghai, Seoul and Hong Kong, classic dishes are revisited and some new favourites born.
The all-day menu offers a wide range of Asian-inspired dishes made from local Australian produce, such as Tasmanian green-lip abalone with yuzu kosho, Western Plains suckling pig, whole line-caught snapper with kombu and the famous must-try lobster roll.
Supernormal offers a wide range of local and international beverages, including delicious wines, sake, whiskey and cocktails, all with a story to tell.
The restaurant is a beautifully considered space that houses a long open kitchen bar (perfect for solo diners or pairs), main dining area and a private room for events, parties and karaoke.
